How can I learn about the details of Heritage Heights?
When can I move in?
Anticipated move-ins are expected to occur November 1, 2019.
What is the rent?
Rent is $1,400/month for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite.
Is there a security deposit required?
Yes. There is a $1,000 security deposit. $100 is due upon approval and $900 is due one month before your move-in date.
How do I pre-lease a suite?

Are utilities included?
Heat and water are included in the rent and cable and high–speed Internet are available at a reduced rate. Electricity is not included.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets are allowed, but are subject to management approval. A $250 non-refundable pet deposit will be required on top of the security deposit and rent is an additional $25 per month per pet.
Can I smoke tobacco in my suite?
Heritage Heights is a nonsmoking building. Smoking tobacco in your suite is prohibited.

Heritage Heights is a nonsmoking building. Smoking cannabis in your suite is prohibited.
What about air conditioning?
All suites are equipped with air conditioning.
What is the cost for a parking spot?
Underground parking stalls cost $100/month to rent. Surface parking stalls are $50/month.
What security features exist at Heritage Heights?
The building features a secure fob entry system at each entry point including parkade. Visitors may access the building through the front entry where they will only be permitted access by individual residents.
